Order Return Conditions
- Products must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
- The product must be unused and in its original condition, with the barcode and original packaging intact.
Refund Cases
- Order cancellation before shipment: If the order is canceled before shipment (e.g., due to out-of-stock items), a full refund will be processed, including shipping fees and taxes. You will be notified via email.
- Order returned after shipment: If the order is returned after shipment, either because it was not received or was returned after delivery, the refund will be processed once the products are received at our warehouses and their condition is confirmed. You will be notified via email. As for the refund of shipping costs, we have clarified it in the "Refund Details" section.
- Out of Stock products: In some cases, a product may appear as available on our platform, but we later discover that it is not physically in stock. In such cases, we are required to cancel the order and fully refund the amount paid to the customer's account if the entire order is unavailable. If only part of the order is available, the value of the canceled items will be refunded, and these items will be separated into a new order with a canceled status.
Refund Details
- Refund amount: The refund will cover the product price and any related costs such as shipping and VAT, provided the return is due to a defect in the product or an issue caused by Bashirco. If no defect or fault is found, the return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
- Refund method: Refunds will be processed through the same payment method used at the time of purchase. For example, refunds will be credited to the same credit card if paid by credit card, or to the same bank account if paid by bank transfer.
Note: In the case of bank transfer payments, you must provide a PDF or image file containing your IBAN details to receive the refunded amount. Written or printed information will not be accepted to ensure the legality of the transaction.
Refund Timeframes
- Credit Cards: Refunds will be credited to your credit card within 7 business days. You may not receive a notification from the bank as the refunded amount is often held as a reserved balance rather than a full deduction.
- Mada Cards: The refund will be credited to your card within 3 business days, and you will receive a notification from the bank detailing the refund process.
- Bank Transfers: The refunded amount will be transferred to your bank account within 7 business days.
How to Request a Return or Refund
You can request a return or refund through the order page in your Bashirco account or by contacting customer service via WhatsApp or email.
Order Cancellation or Modification
You can cancel the order or modify the shipping address only before the order status is changed to "Shipped." You can contact customer service through any available channel on our website to cancel or modify the shipping address before the order status is updated to "Shipped."
