DentaPort OTR - Rotary (Apex Locator Not Included)

The DentaPort OTR Rotary is an advanced endodontic handpiece designed to enhance root canal preparation by integrating both rotary and reciprocating motions. This device utilizes Morita's Optimum Torque Reverse (OTR) technology, which combines the efficiency of continuous rotation with the safety of reciprocation. The OTR function allows the file to rotate continuously in the cutting direction until a preset torque limit is reached; at that point, the file reverses by 90° to release stress, then resumes forward rotation. This mechanism reduces file fatigue and the risk of breakage, ensuring safer and more efficient canal shaping.
